Think they're digging hard enough?
The presidential election is still more than a year and a half away, but already Americans have begun to learn valuable life lessons from the vetting process. In the last week or so, for instance, we've discovered that presidential candidates apparently should:
- Avoid speaking with a Southern accent after spending much of their adult life in the South.
- Face criticism for selling stocks at a loss to eliminate a potential conflict of interest.
- Account for the socially unacceptable behavior of their great-great grandfathers.
