This 'Internet' just might catch on...

As it turns out, basic HTML code isn't as hard as I thought.

After some trial and error, I figured out how to navigate the labyrinthine Blogger template and add an external links section below the archives links. I've included a few bloggers I've found with Alabama ties, as well as some news sources and general-
interest sites. Also, there's now a link button to al.com's Alabama Bloggers page. If you're aware of any fantastic state blogs that aren't yet on the list, please tell me and I'll add them.

I'll keep taking baby steps to spruce this place up a little for the regular visitors, so let me know if there's anything (within reason) I can do to improve your occasional stays here. Though I've said it before, thanks again for reading.

Forgot to tell you, the other thing that might bring you more readers is to post comments on like-minded blogs, including your website address. Some percent of the people reading your comment will check out your site. (You have probably figured this out already but just in case...)

Oh yeah, I think they are calling it "the internets" now. :)

I've heard tale of "the internets," but for my money, Internet 5 is the only one that matters. It's the one that helps keep the world safe for freedom. Plus, faster downloads than the first four.
